Client Feedback Privacy Statement.
This statement explains how RUBIX collects and uses client feedback, testimonials and case-study information. We only publish a client's name, logo, quote or project detail with that client's consent, we store feedback securely, and a client can ask us to update or remove their material at any time.
What this statement covers.
RUBIX values the feedback our clients share and sometimes uses it to describe our work publicly — in testimonials, success stories, case studies and marketing materials. This statement sits alongside our Privacy Policy and explains how we handle that information. It applies to feedback and case-study material relating to organisations we have worked with and the individuals within them.
What we collect.
Feedback and case-study information may include:
- comments, quotes and testimonials you provide about our work;
- the name and role of the person giving the feedback;
- your organisation's name and logo;
- a description of the project, the challenge, our approach and the outcomes achieved; and
- survey or review responses collected after an engagement.
How we use feedback.
We use feedback to improve our services and, where we have consent, to demonstrate our capability to prospective clients. Uses may include testimonials on our website, written or video case studies, proposal and tender material, and social media posts. We aim to represent every engagement accurately and will not exaggerate outcomes or misattribute quotes.
Consent for names, logos and quotes.
We treat client names, logos and identifying quotes as material that requires permission. Before publishing this kind of information, we seek the client's consent and agree what may be shared and in what form. Where a client prefers, we will de-identify a case study — for example by describing the sector and outcome without naming the organisation. Consent can be given for a specific use or on an ongoing basis, and can be withdrawn at any time.
How feedback is stored.
We store feedback and case-study information in our secure business systems, including our CRM and file storage, with access limited to staff who need it. We keep this material only for as long as it remains relevant and consented, and we apply the same security and retention principles set out in our Privacy Policy.
Requesting a change or removal.
You can ask us to correct, update or remove your feedback, testimonial, quote, name or logo at any time — you do not need to give a reason. Contact us using the details below and we will action reasonable requests promptly, including removing published material from pages we control. Some material may remain in cached or archived copies outside our control for a period after removal.
